For birthday and celebration cakes at least 7 days’ notice. For cupcakes at least 5 days depending on quantity and design.

This depends on availability on the date required. Please call or DM me if you want your order at shorter notice than 5 days, but please be aware that this may be subject to a short notice surcharge and payment for the order needs to be paid in full on the day of the booking.

Vegan, Gluten Free and Egg Free options are available upon request, but please be aware that although every precaution is taken to ensure the product stays free from any allergens, all products are prepared in an environment where other allergens are used, so I can not guarantee that any products will be completely trace free.

All bookings are non-refundable. But a credit note will be issued instead. All credit notes need to be used within 6 months unless prior arrangement has been made.

Yes, but only on the weekends or after 5pm on the weekdays. Collection is available Monday to Saturday.

Payment can be made by debit or credit card.

50% deposit must be paid to secure the booking. No booking is confirmed without this.

If you need to change the order, please contact me as soon as possible. Provided the work hasn’t started and there is availability on a different date, there shouldn’t be a problem.

Ensure you carry your cake upright. All cakes should be transported in a car, placed on a flat surface, ideally in the boot and placed on a non-slip mat to ensure your cake does not move. Be mindful of humps and bumps in the road when driving.

Cake can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days at room temperature.

For fridge storage, wrap in plastic cling film and store in fridge for up to 5 days.

To freeze buttercream cake, wrap in cling film, then in foil and store in the freezer for up to 2 months. When thawing,leave to defrost at room temperature or in the fridge.
